We offer same-day delivery in select metropolitan areas for orders placed before 2 PM. Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location.
Do I need to be present to receive my order?
Yes. By law, someone aged 18 or over must be present to sign for the delivery and provide a valid government-issued photo ID as proof of age.
What happens if my bottles arrive broken?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 24 hours with a photo of the package. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
