At Beer Pronto, we want you to enjoy every sip; if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure you get the right brew back in your hand. Please note that due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 14 days of delivery.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the issue to initiate your return request.
Receive Authorization
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if the item was damaged or incorrect.
Pack Securely
Place the unopened items back into their original shipping carton with adequate padding to prevent breakage during transit.
Ship and Refund
Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
